Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 25 days of receiving your item. Requests made after 25 days will not be honored. Please reach out via email at [email protected].


Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be made within 25 days from receipt of the item.

  • All items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.

  • Customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information when returning items.


Non-returnable Items

  • Damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


General Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return
    Email [email protected] with photos/videos of the item and your order number. Our customer service team will assess your request within 3 business days.

  2. Ship the Item Back
    If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return address and shipping instructions. We recommend using a tracked and signed shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost items.

  3. Refund or Exchange
    Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and either issue a refund or provide a replacement.


Return Charges

  • Due to our error (incorrect product, quality issues): Full refund, including return shipping.

  • Due to buyer's error (change of mind, wrong item/size): Buyer covers return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fee will be charged.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

  • If you don’t receive your refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account and contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take time to appear.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped.
